about
Its Friday 13th! And with that we really wanted to dig into all of the superstitions with this one. Witchcraft, possible devil worship... all the things that make some a little uncomfortable. Ironically, this song touches a totally different topic... well kinda. I wanted write a song that reimagined what it meant to be "woke". Today choosing to think outside of society's norms and question everything is so popular they had to come up with a cool name for it. Satan's Fruit focuses on the idea that once you gain that knowledge you are consumed by it. No one can tell you otherwise because you've tasted the forbidden fruit of knowledge you can't unknow what you've learned. You can't undo the awakening. Hope you enjoy 🌻
